Join in Jamboree

Join-in-Jamboree is a suite of programme resources focusing on the Global Programme Zone and the International Self-Development Area. It aims to bring the flavour of the Jamboree to your weekly programme without having to attend the event itself.

 Five physical resources have been produced and are due to be distributed alongside sectional supplements in the October/November 2010 edition of Scouting magazine. There is one per section. So, for example, if you normally get the Cub Scout supplement, you will get the Join-in-Jamboree Cub resource. However, if you would like access to all the resources, go to www.scouts.org.uk and search JIJ.

 Additional activities will be available in magazine supplements throughout the coming year and can also be found on Programmes Online. Search for 'JiJ' in the key word section.

 Join-in-Jamboree is intended to bring the essence and experience of the World Scout Jamboree to as many people as possible, so spread the word and Join in!
