Our HQ

The Baden Powell Scout Centre in the centre of Wigan is the District Headquarters for Wigan and District Scouts. Please find details below of our HQ, which is available for bookings.

The building is wholly owned by Wigan and District Scouts and can be hired for use for Scouting and non-Scouting activities at a very competitive rate.

The building provides self-contained facilities that consist of:

• A large hall that is suitable for meetings, presentations, kiddie parties, aerobics/keep fit classes etc.
• A smaller hall that is set up with tables and chairs and can be used for formal meetings or hand craft type activities
• An office suitable for interviews / small meetings
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Separate Male and Female toilets
• Gated car park
