Beavers 30th Birthday Carnival Camp

Date: 29th Jun 2016 Author: Scout Websites
The Beavers 30th birthday carnival camp was a fantastic fun camp, there were numerous activities put on for the Beavers including: carnival rides, circus skills, inflatables and many more

The organisation was great and it was lovely to see the Beavers having such fun taking part in all the different activities. They were interested in every part of the camp and seemed to always be having such a good time. It made me smile to see them getting stuck in with a range of thing from trying to juggle to getting involved with arts and crafts.

One of the funniest moments was the look on the Beaver’s faces when they won a coconut on the coconut shy and then had no idea what to do with it. The site team at Middlewood Scout Camp Site and the organisers made a fantastic event and it showed on every Beaver’s face

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
